This short film clip was made using the most basic video tools. The camera I recorded with was a Panasonic SDR-H85 which costs about 250 euro. The film clips were then converted to a different file type using an open source file converter called 'Hand brake'. The reason for this was that the editing software I used called Apple iMovie did not recognise then file type from the camera. This is an annoying little process to have to contend with but once you have done it once it is easy after that. I then edited the video and added sound clips from iMovie such as a heart beat and a music clip. I also added transitions and the sound of children laughing. The whole idea was based around students researching the issues around clothes and Fairtrade and how these issues relate to themselves.

To Blog or not to blog
I am now the owner of three different blogs, is that a good thing or a bad thing? Well pardon the pun but every blog should have its day. That neatly puts the first blog to bed, it was after all a class blog, created as part of my MA degree. Now that that is behind be so too is the blog. The next blog is this one, created for myself, my work and my ideas. It's a little bit lonely yet, and is lacking regular updated content, followers and bit of umph, but I'm working on it, suggestion are welcome. While my latest blog is a tech blog that is closed to public readers and is open only to a group of members.
